Project Scope
Removal of the existing deck in the backyard and installation of a new patio that makes better use of the limited space. The patio required shading from the afternoon sun, screening from the neighbor's stoop and easy access to the elevated back door. Shade plantings were needed in the front yard to replace a sloped lawn that no longer flourished.
